Apply a small amount of Futop-B Cream to the affected area as instructed by the doctor. Using the medicine exactly as prescribed helps control symptoms while reducing the risk of side effects. Keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid unnecessary covering or bandaging of the skin to help improve treatment outcomes. 

The most common side effect of Futop-B Cream is itching. Some people may also experience mild side effects such as a burning sensation, dryness, redness, or irritation at the application site. These effects are usually temporary and improve as treatment continues or once the medicine is stopped. If irritation becomes uncomfortable or worsens, reduce the frequency or stop the medicine and consult your doctor. 

Futop-B Cream should be used only for a short period, as prolonged or excessive use may lead to thinning of the skin or increased absorption of the steroid. It should not be used on untreated viral or fungal skin infections, rosacea, perioral dermatitis, or skin conditions related to tuberculosis. Care should be taken when applying near the eyes, as accidental contact may increase the risk of eye problems such as glaucoma.
